Earth Changers has been named a finalist in the Travel category of the Be The Change Awards taking place on 26th April.

The inaugural Be The Change Awards are a new initiative for the social impact sector, recognising ethical & sustainable brands with a powerful impact story to tell.

Around the world independent, ethical & sustainable brands are having a positive impact on communities, people and the planet. The awards want to recognise, celebrate and raise the profile of those brands who are working towards the Sustainable Development Goals and creating positive impact in inspiring and world-changing ways.

The awards will bring together ethical & sustainable brands across 12 sectors: Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Food & Drink, Travel, Babies & Children, Home & Gift, Business Services, Changemaker of the Year, Tech For Change, Community Organisations & Campaigns, Brands That Give Back and the People’s Choice Award.

The travel category is sponsored by Green Tourism, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997 who have offered expertise, support and pragmatic advice to tourism organisations starting positive green journeys for more than two decades, to put planet first. With more than 2000 eco-friendly accommodation providers and attractions across the UK, Ireland, Italy, Canada and Zimbabwe, they are the world’s largest sustainable tourism certification programme.
